About Me

With over 25 years of experience supporting older adults and a personal understanding gained from being the child of older parents, my work is deeply rooted in both professional expertise and life experience. I provide compassionate therapy for seniors and their caregivers, helping navigate the challenges of aging, life transitions, grief, and health changes.

My approach combines practical techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with life review and a collaborative, client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s unique journey. CBT is highly effective because it targets the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping clients break free from distressing patterns and improve overall well-being.

I specialize in guiding older adults and caregivers through transitions, fostering resilience, purpose, and meaningful connection in later life.

When I’m not addressing cognitive distortions or proposing role plays, I make jewelry under the watchful eyes of my two chihuahuas.
